Chef Vincent Tropepe Returns to the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest

New York gold medalist winner and celebrity chef Vincent Tropepe is proud to announce that he will be returning this year as a demonstrating chef at the Hudson Valley Wine and Food Fest.

Chef Tropepe has distinguished himself as an expert both in the field of culinary arts as well as the restaurant business. With each passing year, Chef Tropepe has continued to grow in popularity, delighting food show goers with his ingenious ideas for delectable dishes.

During the 2009 Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest, Chef Tropepe unveiled his exclusive new line of gourmet food products, aptly named Forgetaboutit! Foods, LLC.

Now, at the 2010 show, Chef Tropepe will not only be unveiling a slew of new Forgetaboutit! products, including some recently USDA Certified organic dressings, but will also be promoting his latest culinary venture as executive chef of EPOCA restaurant in New York City.

Located at 136 W 31 Street, EPOCA will be having its grand opening twelve days after the Hudson Valley Wine and Food Fest. Foodies and long time patrons will surely be licking their lips over his new and exciting menu, which will include such delectable dishes as tomato fettuccini, lemon linguine, grilled prime rib eye with red Zinfandel sauce, sausage stuffed mushroom caps and Parmesan encrusted swordfish steaks.

Chef Tropepe will be showing off the skills that made him such a success as part of the Hudson Valley Wine and Food Fest’s cooking demonstration stage.

A schedule of his cooking demonstrations, along with others, can be found on our blog page.
