Welcome to Stacy’s Pita Chips, the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest’s latest sponsor
The Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest is excited to announce our “Exclusive Gourmet Snack Sponsor”, Stacy’s Pita Chips Company. Wine & Food Fest patrons will have the opportunity to sample the healthy, crunchy snacks throughout the Fest weekend.
Stacy’s Pita Chip Company was founded in 1997 by a social worker and a psychologist with a passion for good food and a commitment to healthy living. With a desire for a career in the food industry, but without the capital to open a restaurant, Stacy Madison and Mark Andrus designed a food cart and began serving healthy pita bread roll-up sandwiches in Boston’s Financial District. They were an instant hit, and the lines grew longer each day. As an incentive for customers to wait in line, they baked the leftover pita bread to create different flavored chips. Customers loved them, and they encouraged Stacy and Mark to get the chips into stores. They listened, and Stacy’s Pita Chip Company was born. Stacy’s Pita Chip Company also produces Stacy’s Soy Thin Crisps and Bagel Chips in addition to 6 different flavors of Pita Chips.
Wine & Food Fest patrons can find the Stacy’s Pita Chip Company booth in the Gourmet Food Showcase building at the Fest. We just know you’ll enjoy their quality, tasty product!
