Taste some of the best food that the Hudson Valley has to offer! Buy your tickets and trade them for tastes from wonderful Hudson Valley restaurants and caterers. Tickets cost $1 each and samples cost between 1 and 5 tickets. We even start you off with 5 tickets included in your Fest admission.

In addition to all the wonderful Restaurants and Caterers, you will find hundreds of gourmet prepared food vendors throughout the Fest. You can purchase fine cheeses, specialty sauces, seasonings, mixes, fine maple syrup, mustards, salsas, oils and many other quality items to take home and add to your culinary repetoire.

Cooking Demonstrations

Learn the cooking secrets of your favorite regional chefs. Attend one or all of the fabulous free cooking demonstrations throughout the Fest weekend. Our guest chefs own some of the Hudson Valley's finest restaurants, have cooking shows on the Food Network, PBS and have published cookbooks.

Each one is an expert at what they do and all will be sure to educate and entertain!

Wine Education Seminars

Experience the finer points of wine tasting and learn great tips and tricks from wine experts. Even the most cultivated wine enthusiast should learn something new and interesting from the Wine Seminars.
