We are now accepting renewals for our 2019 Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest which will be held September 7 & 8, 2019 at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. You must have participated in the 2018 Wine & Food Fest.
The deadline to keep your space for 2019 is December 1, 2018
To renew your space, please go to our new Vendor Portal page at Events Locker HERE
If you are not already a member of Events Locker, you will create an account when you check out. There will be no payment due at the time of application.
Choose the type of space that you would like and add it to your cart and proceed with checkout. If you want to keep the same space as 2018, please put that in the Notes section in the checkout. If you would like a new space, please indicate that as well and list the spaces you are interested in.
- Once we receive your application, if you are keeping the same space as 2018, you’ll get an email within 24 hours that we have Approved your application. Vendors requesting new spaces will be notified after December 1.
- MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE firstname.lastname@example.org WHITELISTED IN YOUR EMAIL PROGRAM OR CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDER. You should be approved within 24 hours unless you apply on a weekend, then you will be approved on Monday.
- Once you receive approval, return to Events Locker and be sure to view your invoice and e-sign your Vendor Contract (and Wine Pickup form if you’re a winery/distillery). You can also download your Vendor Handbook there as well.
- Payment is due within 45 days of approval. You can pay by check (details on your invoice) or online with PayPal/credit card.
All vendor contact will be done through Events Locker moving forward. Your profile there gives you access to all the set up information, your vendor contract and you can also submit your insurance there. There will be no paperwork mailed to you.
