We are now accepting renewals for our 2020 Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest which will be held September 12 & 13, 2020 at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. You must have participated in the 2019 Wine & Food Fest.

The deadline to keep your space for 2020 is December 1, 2019

Since you participated in 2019, you should already have an EventHub account that you will log into during checkout.

Choose the type of space that you would like and add it to your cart and proceed with checkout. Please be sure to answer the application question as to whether or not you want to keep your booth space.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to increased decorating costs, we have changed how some indoor spaces are priced. All 10 x 10 and 8 x 10 spaces come with pipe and drape and electric. You can purchase the space with covered tables and chairs, or with out. Tables and chairs can be ordered a la carte or you can bring your own.

If you would like a new space, please be sure to choose the type of new space that you want when you make your booking. You can use the notes section during check out to let us know what spaces you would like to have.

  • Once we receive your application, if you are keeping the same space as 2019, you’ll get an email within 24 hours that we have Approved your application. Vendors requesting new spaces will be notified after December 1.
  • MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE noreply@eventhub.net and vendors@hudsonvalleywinefest.com WHITELISTED IN YOUR EMAIL PROGRAM OR CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDER. You should be approved within 24 hours unless you apply on a weekend, then you will be approved on Monday.
  • Once you receive approval, return to EventHub and be sure to view your invoice and e-sign your Vendor Contract (and Wine Pickup form if you’re a winery/distillery). You can also download your Vendor Handbook there as well.
  • Payment is due upon approval. We have instituted a payment plan that allows you to pay $100 and then the balance by March 1. You can pay by check (details on your invoice) or online with PayPal/credit card (processing fees apply).

All vendor contact will be done through EventHub moving forward. Your profile there gives you access to all the set up information, your vendor contract and you can also submit your insurance there. There will be no paperwork mailed to you.

Space outdoors on grass. Space will accommodate a standard 10’ x 10 crafter canopy. For larger tents, purchase additional sites. Vendor must provide canopy/tables etc. Electric available with advanced reservation only.

12’ x 12’ Food Concession Tent Site – $800
Food concession site for tents or free-standing booths. Food concession sites are on grass. Crafter Tents and Frame tents are acceptable. Electric hookup is an additional fee and must be reserved in advance.
